Now Recruiting Wrestling Writers and Radio Hosts

Have you ever found yourself full of opinions about wrestling but lack an outlet to get them out? Are you an aspiring journalist or radio host? Do you want to be a part of a major wrestling collective committed to creating excellent content?

Keeping Kayfabe is a growing nostalgic wrestling website with entertainment of our visitors in mind. We began as a single podcast and have grown to have multiple shows under the umbrella, and now we look to expand with a writing section as well.

We are currently looking for people to fill the following roles:

Podcast/Radio Hosts
Participate regularly or semi-regularly on one of our various audio podcasts and radio shows themed around wrestling. All candidates should be able to commit to viewing the required material to prepare for each show, be regularly available for the scheduled day and time of the show, and own a microphone or headset worthy of broadcast quality. Absolutely NO on-board internal microphones. We currently host 3 shows:

Keeping Kayfabe LIVE!: A show that fully celebrates wrestling culture. Covers both current wrestling events and also takes nostalgic looks at the past. Every episode picks a match to feature where we discuss everything from the build up to the event, to a play by play review of the match, and general banter about all the characters involved. Airs live every Thursday evening at 9pm EST.

Monday Night Raw Post Show: A live show following WWE’s Raw where we gather to give our fresh reactions. Listeners can call in to join the conversation and give their thoughts as well. Airs every Monday night immediately after Raw goes off the air.

PPV Pre-Show:We do our own version of a pre-show to every WWE Pay-Per-View where we run down the card and recall all the events that lead each match to be, followed by our predictions of who will win. Listeners can call in to give their predictions as well. Airs on PPV Sundays starting at 6pm EST.

For the creative writer, seeking authors for opinion pieces and special feature articles. Topics may be chosen by the writer or supplied. Candidates should have fair writing skills, however no previous website experience is required. Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.

Social Media
Seeking Facebook & Twitter savvy people to post regularly on our media pages. This will include promoting shows and articles from the website, but also encouraging conversation with our followers. Both pages currently hold over 1,000 followers and growing.
